Our Approach

High Standards. Every Time.

The most useful part of a clearance often happens before the first cut. Neglected gardens frequently hold mature specimens buried under bramble, and an old apple, a good acer, or an established rose is worth far more than whatever would replace it. We look first, then clear.

Clearances are quoted from the site visit only. Photographs consistently understate depth, ground condition, and access, and those three things determine the job.

Common Questions

Garden Clearance, Answered

Do you remove everything?

Green waste, cuttings, and general garden debris are taken away as part of the job. Larger items such as sheds, rubble, or old fencing can usually be included, and we will confirm at the site visit.

Can you work to a sale deadline?

Usually. Tell us the date at the site visit and we will be straight with you about whether it is achievable.

What if the garden is completely inaccessible?

That is a normal starting point. Access is one of the first things we assess, and it is a large part of why we never quote from photographs.

Will you keep the plants I want to save?

Yes, if you point them out. We will also flag anything established that looks worth keeping before we cut it.

Where we work. Cal Verde is based in Rochester and covers Kent and South East London, from the Medway towns and Maidstone out to Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells, and across Blackheath, Greenwich, Chislehurst, Bromley, and Dulwich.
