What Is Included
Lawn Care, Covered Properly
A good lawn is a maintained one. Mowing is the visible part, but aeration, feeding, and scarification are what separate a lawn that looks well from one that has simply been cut.
Regular mowing
Cut height adjusted through the season, edges done, clippings removed.
Aeration
Relieving compaction so water, air, and roots can get down into the soil.
Scarification
Removing the thatch layer that stops feed and water reaching the roots.
Feeding
Seasonally appropriate feed rather than one product used all year round.
Overseeding
Thickening thin and worn areas, and repairing patches.
Moss and weed treatment
PA1 certified treatment where it is genuinely warranted.
Our Approach
High Standards. Every Time.
Most struggling lawns are not short of feed. They are compacted, thatched, or being cut too short. Feeding a compacted lawn puts nutrient onto a surface that cannot absorb it, which is why the same problem comes back every year.
We assess the soil and the sward before recommending anything. Sometimes the answer is a full renovation programme. Often it is aeration, a change of cut height, and patience.

Common Questions
Lawn Care, Answered
Why is my lawn full of moss?
Moss is a symptom rather than the problem. It moves into shade, compaction, poor drainage, or grass cut too short. Killing it without fixing the cause means it returns within a season.
How short should the grass be cut?
Higher than most people think, particularly in summer. Longer grass shades out weed seed, roots more deeply, and copes far better with dry weather.
Can a badly worn lawn be recovered?
Usually. Scarification, aeration, and overseeding will bring most lawns back over a season or two. Full returfing is a last resort rather than a first suggestion.
Do you use chemical treatments?
Only where they are warranted, and always under our PA1 licence. Cultural fixes come first because the results last longer.
